Tilapia Depot guarantees your tilapia purchase to arrive alive at your door.
In the unlikely even of any loss, Tilapia Depot has the right to decide on of two options:
1. Replace the tilapia
2. Refund the amount for the lost tilapia
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We add extra tilapia to your order to cover an unexpected loss. This in most cases results in you receiving extra fish.
In the event that you receive your shipment and there are mortalities, it is your responsibility to provide proof with photos of the tilapia that did not make it. In order to receive a refund or replacement for tilapia, your photo must be emailed within four hours of the time that your fish ever delivered (time is recorded though tracking record). In certain situations, if you do not have a digital camera or a camera phone, you may be required to mail the dead tilapia back to our facility. We are not responsible for mortalities if you allow the shipment to sit on the porch all day.
